Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Certified Public Accountant to join our team. As a CPA, you will be responsible for managing financial records, analyzing financial data, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial concepts, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to interpret financial reports. Duties: - Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements - Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement - Perform journal entries and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records - Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes - Conduct cash flow analysis to optimize cash management strategies - Manage accounts payable processes and ensure timely payment of invoices - Perform account analysis to identify discrepancies or irregularities - Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes - Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and company policies Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (Master's degree preferred) - Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required - Strong knowledge of financial concepts, financial management, financial accounting, and financial analysis - Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently - Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams - Ability to interpret and analyze complex financial reports Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
